Angular encoders calibration

Tradelab offers calibration services of angular encoders with ENAC (ILAC) accreditation.

Tradelab use the comparison method, with a rotary table, or with a standard encoder in the case of it was already mounted on a rotary table or similar device. The rotary table or standard encoder is calibrated, in turn, with an optical polygon and autocollimator.

ENAC (ILAC) calibration

Calibration with ENAC (ILAC) accreditation of angular encoders.
Range up to 360º.
Calibration uncertainty (k = 2) of 20 "in permanent laboratory and 1 ' on site.
In the calibrations on-site Tradelab can carry out the ENAC (ILAC) calibration of encoders mounted on machines, without needing to remove them from their location.

Datos necesarios para realizar un presupuesto de calibración:

Brand and model.
In on-site calibrations, picture or plan of the location of the encoder in the machine or work area and the description of the type of coupling available.

It does not include the calibration of other functions that the encoder can perform, such as the speed, turns number, length or acceleration measurement.
