Calibration of Rockwell, Brinell and Vickers hardness testers

Tradelab carries out the calibration of Rockwell, Vickers and Brinell hardness testers with ENAC (ILAC) accreditation.

The method used by Tradelab for the calibration of this type of hardness tests is the comparison with hardness test blocks (indirect method).

ENAC (ILAC) calibration

Calibration with ENAC (ILAC) accreditation of Rockwell hardness tests according to EN ISO 6508-2 standard. Scales: HRC, HRB, HRA, HR45T, HR30T, HR15T, HR45N, HR30N and HR15N.
Calibration with ENAC (ILAC) accreditation of Vickers hardness tests according to EN ISO 6507-2 standard. Scales: HV0.2 HV 0.3 HV0.5 HV1 HV2 HV3 HV5 HV10 and HV30.
Calibration with ENAC (ILAC) accreditation of Brinell hardness test according to EN ISO 6506-2 standard and according to internal procedure. Scales: HB2.5 / 187.5 - B2.5 / 62.5 - HB5 / 250 - HB5 / 750 - HB10 / 1000 - B10 / 3000
