Calibration of hydraulic, electric and pneumatic screwdrivers

Tradelab performs the calibration of hydraulic, electric and pneumatic screwdrivers of static torque with ENAC (ILAC) accreditation.

The calibration carried out by Tradelab consists in applying, with the screwdriver to be calibrated, pre-established torque values ​​on a bench of standard torque measurement.

The correction value is determined in each calibrated torque, normally from 10% to 100% of the f.s., as well as its associated expanded uncertainty.

In the case that the applied torque values ​​were referenced to a pressure value, indicated by the hydraulic pump monometer, determining the output torque according to the input pressure.

CALIBRATION SERVICE IN LABORATORY

  • Hydraulic, electric and pneumatic screwdrivers calibration from 0.1 N·m to 25,000 N · m.
  • Calibration uncertainty (k = 2) of 2% from 1 N·m to 25,000 N·m
  • Calibration uncertainty (k = 2) of 3% from 0.1 N.m to 1 N·m.

SERVICIO DE CALIBRACIÓN IN SITU

  • Calibration of electric and pneumatic screwdrivers, and torque generating machines from 0.1 N · m to 200 N.m
  • Calibration uncertainty (k = 2) of 2% from 1 N · m to 200 N·m
  • Calibration uncertainty (k = 2) of 3% from 0.1 N · m to 1 N·m.

  • Brand and model.
  • Working range.

For the calibration of hydraulic screwdrivers, it is required that the head comes with its hydraulic pump.
