Special testing machines calibration

Tradelab carries out the calibration of special testing machines with ENAC (ILAC) accreditation, used in tests, controls and functional tests of industrial products, which do not comply with the technical characteristics of the test machines according to the EN ISO 7500-1 standard, as they can be the following:

Non-direct reading test machines (in units of pressure, strain, electrical units, etc.).
Testing machines, without force indicator, which apply force values through the use of masses (spring testing machines, etc.).
Machines that apply a controlled and adjustable force in manufacturing processes (nailing, extraction, assembly, etc.).
Machines with constant force application (at a fixed value).

Soils testing machine: Direct Shear Test equipment, , Soil Volume Change Meter (PVC), oedometer apparatus, etc..
Pull tester.
Tablet Hardness Testers.
Hydraulic cylinders with pressure gauge.

The calibration of these special test machines is made from 10% to 100% of full scale (6 forces) or in the forces established by the specific test standard or by the customer.

ENAC (ILAC) calibration

Laboratory calibration of portable machines from 0.1 N to 2000 kN under compression and from 0.1 N to 500 kN under tension. Calibration uncertainty (k = 2): 1%.
In Situ calibration of fixed machines, from 1 N to 5000 kN under compression and from 1 N to 500 kN under tension. Calibration uncertainty (k = 2): 0.5%.
In force-generating test machines, without a reading system, the minimum range in both directions is 10 N.

Information required to perform a calibration budget:

Brand and model or type of machine.
Maximum capacity.
Number of scales or force transducers available to the machine.
Direction of calibration (tension or compression or tension and compression) in each scale.
Forces to calibrate below 10% (5%, 3% ...) if required.
Type of clamps in tension.
