Thermometers and probes calibration

Thermometers and probes calibration

Tradelab performs the calibration of thermometers with external probe, RTD and thermocouple probes and liquid-in-glass thermometer with ENAC (ILAC) accreditation.

Tradelab performs calibration from -80ºC to 1,100ºC by immersion in bath or furnace calibrators.

The calibration of probes and thermometers is carried out by comparing the indication of the thermometer or probe to be calibrated with that of a standard equipment, consisting of several reference temperature probes and a measuring bridge (resistor bridge or nanovoltmeter).

Types of thermometers that Tradelab can calibrate with ENAC (ILAC) accreditation:

  • Thermometers and probes with RTD sensor (Pt100, Pt25,, ..).
  • Thermometers and probes with thermocouple sensor (R, S, B, J, K, N, T, ..).
  • Liquid in-glass-thermometer (mercury or alcohol).

ENAC (ILAC) calibration

  • Calibration with ENAC (ILAC) accreditation of thermometers and probes from -80 ºC to 1,100 ºC in a permanent laboratory.
  • Calibration with ENAC (ILAC) accreditation of thermometers and probes from -20 ºC to 1,100 ºC. On-site.
  • Calibration with ENAC (ILAC) accreditation of liquid in-glass- thermometers from -50ºC to 250ºC. In a permanent laboratory
  • For more information refer to the calibration annex:

Information required to perform a calibration budget:

  • Indicate use range or the points that you want to calibrate (at least three).
  • Indicate if the instrument is submersible and the immersion Depth.

Tradelab performs the calibration of measurement instruments from different areas.
